VAT-Exempt Conversion Without Needing a Press Outlet
KASRaT is the only education institution in Korea authorized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism,<br/>enabling registered centers to convert to VAT-exempt status by establishing as an education facility affiliated with a civil society organization.

- Separate affiliation required for each branch
- Requires actual operations, such as publishing articles
- Outsourcing this work is considered illegal

- No work required beyond facility operation
- VAT exemption on 10% of revenue upon conversion to a VAT-exempt business
- Keep your existing business name while adding an "OO Sport Rehabilitation Center (Education Institute)" designation

Converting to VAT-exempt status through unlawful means via a broker or consulting firm is a clear illegal act. If discovered, all previously exempted VAT may be fully clawed back, and legal penalties may apply. We strongly recommend proceeding only through the Association's lawful and secure standard process.
